Ok...I have been a major blog slacker. It's been over two months since my last post, so I have major catching up to do. I do have a small excuse...we got a new computer and it took awhile to transfer all of our pictures from the old to the new (especially since we went from PC to Mac). Other than that, life has just been busy. Running around after a near-two year old keeps you going!
Here is the first of some catching up....a trip we took to the Great Wolf Lodge! It's an indoor waterpark that is about 25 minutes away. Overall, we had a great time. We spent hours splashing around in the water. Jack even braved the kiddie water slides all by himself! It was fun fun fun...all until we tried to go to sleep. We gave Jack his first shot at sleeping in a 'big boy' bed. The room had a little separate area which had bunk beds for kids (and cute wolf decorations). Well, it was a bit of a disaster. None of us slept much that night. Jack was up and out of that bed a hundred times. We will wait a few years to go back, but I would highly recommend it to someone with a 4-5 year old!
